Key Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:

• Assist students with varying learning needs
• Provide 1:2:1 or small group support to learners
• Promote positive behaviour and support classroom management
• Support the delivery of lessons and learning activities
• Oversee students during classroom activities
