The Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons across different year groups, adhering to the college's curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes students' academic and personal development.
• Effectively managing classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere. Providing constructive feedback to students and supporting their individual learning needs.
• Collaborating with fellow educators and college staff to contribute to the collegel's overall success.
• Marking and planning lessons will be essential for this role.

Requirements:

• Qualification obtained in their specialist field. Degree level and above.
• Experience teaching in secondary schools and colleges, with a thorough understanding of the curriculum. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students of all abilities.
• Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
