In this rewarding role, you ll:

• Prepare and deliver engaging learning materials and activities to enhance pupil engagement.
• Provide hands-on support and supervision to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
• Encourage pupils to connect with the world around them and foster their personal development.
• Adapt to a variety of roles in the classroom, both indoors and outdoors, based on individual needs.
• Lead outdoor explorations and activities, prioritising safety and enjoyment.
• Assist classroom teachers in delivering creative lessons and maintaining an organised learning space.

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive individual who:

• Has a genuine passion for working with neurodiverse pupils, particularly those with SEMH challenges.
• Thrives in a team environment, sharing ideas and collaborating effectively.
• Brings creativity, patience, and enthusiasm to every aspect of their role.
• Has experience working in education, care, or support roles with young people with challenging behaviour.
