As our Automation Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing state-of-the-art automation solutions that enhance our manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and drive operational excellence. You'll work with advanced technologies including SIMATIC PCS 7 systems, PLCs, and modern SCADA platforms while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

• Design and implement innovative automation solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Develop and maintain sophisticated control systems, including PLC programming and HMI design
• Lead the configuration and maintenance of SIMATIC PCS 7 systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements
• Conduct system validation activities and risk assessments
• Create comprehensive documentation for automated systems

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
• 5+ years of industrial automation experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Expert knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens S7)
• Proven experience with SIMATIC PCS 7 systems
• Strong background in SCADA systems and HMI development
• Deep understanding of industrial communication protocols
• Knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities

• Siemens PCS 7 certification
• Experience with batch control systems and ISA-88 standards
• Knowledge of data historian systems and MES
• Background in Industry 4.0 and IIoT technologies
• Experience in aseptic manufacturing environments
