• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Earthworks Site Manager to oversee a key project in Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and manage earthworks operations on-site. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in earthworks management and a proven track record in overseeing large-scale civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the earthworks site to ensure the project runs smoothly and on schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise site activities, including excavation, land preparation, and grading.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet timelines and budget requirements.
• Lead and manage site teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective problem-solving.

Essential Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Earthworks Site Management, ideally with a background in civil engineering or construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale earthworks projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and technical specifications.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• SMSTS (or equivalent) and relevant qualifications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
