We are currently seeking Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established residential house builder in Watton at Stone. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations on a busy new build site.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing site activities and ensuring project milestones are met
Ensure high standards of quality, health & safety, and compliance with building regulations
Supervise subcontractors and trades on site
Coordinate deliveries and manage materials
Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Experience in residential new build projects
Strong understanding of construction processes and health & safety regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
SMSTS or SSSTS preferred but not essential
