Job Description

The M&E Bias Site Manager will oversee the electrical and mechanical installation and commissioning of a 132kV substation. This project supports a solar connection within the NGED (National Grid Electricity Distribution) region.

1. Project Management: Ensure successful installation and commissioning of the 132kV substation infrastructure.
2. Compliance: Oversee all operations to comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
3. Coordination: Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
4. Safety Management: Maintain high safety standards throughout all stages of the project.
5. Reporting: Provide progress updates to key stakeholders, including hiring managers.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• HNC relevant engineering discipline
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
• Temporary Work Coordinator (preferable)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
