• Assisting the Site Agent in planning and coordinating site activities
• Supervising site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
• Maintaining detailed and accurate site records, including progress reports and site diaries
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate project delivery
• Managing and resolving any site issues promptly to minimise disruption
• Ensuring quality standards are met through regular inspections and audits
• Providing technical support and guidance to site teams
• Monitoring resource allocation and utilisation to maximise efficiency

• Proven experience in a Sub Agent role within the highway construction sector
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and health & safety regulations
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in managing and interpreting construction documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external stakeholders
• Civil engineering qualification or equivalent experience
