Twenty4Seven Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Specialist SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and forward-thinking mainstream primary school in Thanet. This full-time role is available for an ASAP start.

About the Role:

As a Specialist SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored support to children with SEND, helping them access the curriculum and reach their potential.
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo, and other support staff to implement and adapt learning strategies.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes confidence and independence in pupils.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children with SEND in a primary school setting.
• Is proactive, patient, and adaptable to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Holds relevant qualifications or training in SEND (desirable but not essential).
