We are seeking compassionate and adaptable SEND Specialist Teaching Assistants to join both our primary and secondary teams in the Wirral/Liverpool area. Your SEND Specialist Teaching Assistant role will involve:

• Supporting students with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
• Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapting learning activities to suit student needs.
• Promoting positive behaviour and providing emotional support to students.
• Collaborating with class teachers, SEND coordinators, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Encouraging the development of social skills and fostering independence in students.
