Hours: Full-Time, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £16.00 per hour
Contract: Ongoing with the possibility of a long-term position

About the Role:
T4S Education is working in partnership with a reputable school in Coventry to recruit an experienced HR Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school's HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR function.
• Manage staff records and maintain the HR database.
• Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, and compliance checks.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Support general HR tasks, including absence monitoring and contract preparation.

Requirements:

• Relevant HR qualifications (CIPD Level 3 or higher).
• Previous experience in a school HR environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
