Are you a highly organised and proactive professional looking for an opportunity to work in a thriving and welcoming school environment? Our lovely school in Moseley, rated Good by Ofsted, is seeking an experienced Headteacher's Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent for the right candidate.

As the Headteacher's PA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Headteacher's office. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the Headteacher's diary and appointments.
• Handling correspondence, calls, and emails with professionalism and discretion.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required.
• Acting as a key point of contact for staff, parents, governors, and external stakeholders.
• Providing administrative support for meetings, including minute-taking.
• Assisting with other school administrative duties when necessary.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience as a PA, ideally in an educational setting.
• Be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be adept at handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
