Role Overview:
As our Reprographics Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the school's reprographics services. From managing multi-functional printers to designing various forms and maintaining accounts, you will be an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all reprographics technician tasks, including printing, laminating, and binding.
• Oversee the functionality and maintenance of photocopiers and printers across the school, liaising with RISO as needed.
• Provide training to staff on effective use of reprographics equipment.
• Collect and distribute post from the main reception to staff trays in the Reprographics Room.
• Maintain and organize staff trays, including updating labels for new starters and leavers.
• Support continuous improvement in the reprographics technician processes.

Skills and Requirements:

• A flexible team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, positive approach.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience or familiarity with reprographics technician tasks is desirable but not essential.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7.30am - 3.30pm
• Friday: 7.30am - 3.15pm
  (Includes a 45-minute unpaid break)
