Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Level 3)
Location: Northampton
School: Two-Form Entry Primary School
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

Dunbar Education is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic two-form entry primary school in Northampton. This school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with behavioural challenges and SEMH needs.

As a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting pupils who require additional help to thrive in the classroom. Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO, you will help create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can achieve their full potential.

• Supporting children with behavioural challenges and SEMH needs, on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.

• Promoting a calm, inclusive, and focused classroom environment.

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Supporting Teaching and Learning (essential).
• Experience working with children with behavioural challenges and SEMH needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and compassionate approach.
• A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their potential.
