If so, we might have the perfect role for you. Academics are currently recruiting a teaching assistant to work in various excellent primary schools in Bridgend. The teaching assistant roles are due to start ASAP, and last up until Easter. Performance depending, you could even be requested to stay at the school past the initial duration set (performance depending).

The role of a Teaching Assistant includes:

• Assist the teacher in the delivery of successful lessons.
• Work with pupils in small groups and on a 1 to 1 basis.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with other staff members
• Be a role model to all pupils
