Location: Okehampton, Devon
Salary: 90-150 per day
Contract Type: Full-time contract (37.5 hours per week), term time only.
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a cover supervisor to join a secondary school based in Okehampton.

The Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons across different year groups, adhering to the school's curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes students' academic and personal development.
• Effectively managing classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere. Providing constructive feedback to students and supporting their individual learning needs.
• Collaborating with fellow educators and school staff to contribute to the school's overall success.

Requirements:

• Experience in UK schools
• Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
• Goodcommunication skills and the ability to engage with students of all abilities.
