Astute's Power team is partnering with a modular building contractor to recruit a Site Manager on a 3-month contract for its site in Guildford from May 2025.

The Site Manager role comes with a day rate of 400.00.

Key skills

• Overseeing site day-to-day activities and installation of modular builds
• Adhering to HSE requirements
• Ensuring transport and deliveries are kept on top of on site
• Liaison with the Site and Office teams regularly
• Raise and Sign-off permits
• Must hold modular build experience
• Must hold an CSCS and SMSTS
• First Aid (beneficial)
