SEND Casework Auditor

£325 per day - Inside iR35

Initial 3-month contract with a view to being extended.

Hybrid Working, 1-2 days in the office per week.

Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for several SEND Casework Auditors to be part of a project team for our client, a local authority in the Southwest.

We are looking for experienced SEND Officers with significant experience working for local authority SEND services.

Duties will include:

Establish where we are with EHC needs assessments, quality of EHC Plans and annual reviews within the first month.

Identify gaps in practice for individual child/young person and make recommendations for improvement.

To report to Casework Audit lead weekly.

Be prepared to present to panels as required.

Able to take on complex casework if required to resolve child/young person's plan for going forward.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a SEND Officer for a local authority. (Essential)

Available to work in the office 1-2 days per week. (Essential)

Be able to work autonomously.

Worked in a SEND auditing capacity previously for a local authority.
