The Ideal Candidate:

· A qualified teacher with a degree in English or a related subject (QTS).

· Strong knowledge of the English curriculum for KS3 and KS4.

· Passionate about education and making a difference in students' lives.

· Excellent communication and organisational skills.

· Experience in teaching English at secondary level (desirable, but not essential).
