Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager or Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager

Specialist M&E Contractor, that provides services to the private, retail, public and commercial sectors, has been appointed as principal services contractor for a project nr Loughton, Essex.

The company is looking for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager / Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager to take their package from pre-construction to completion - circa 15-month duration.

This scheme itself is a large 35,000 sq.ft new build single residential dwelling with 2-plant rooms and extensive AV and AC systems. Due to the M&E involved, this would suit someone whose experience covers hotels and commercial projects. Candidates must have excellent technical services knowledge and have had pre-construction involvement.

The full services package is circa £2.5m. and requires someone to take the project from pre-conception to completion. The contractor is waiting for stage 4 info to come out this week, so is a great time to come on board, mark up drawings, familiarise themselves with the drawings, contractors and client etc. in a view to push things forward with containment runs and ductwork to start going in.
