Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.00am 5pm

Salary: £160 - £180 a day CIS (must have own van & tools)

Are you a Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter looking for work?

ARC are looking for Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter to work on Reactive & Void properties around the Newport area. Our client is a leading maintenance contractor and looking for experience individuals to work on their Social Housing maintenance contract.

Duties & Responsibilities of Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter:

• As the Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter you ll be required to carry out reactive and planned maintenance works on void properties.
• As the Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter you ll be required to have good skills with carpentry and plumbing experience
• As the Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter you ll ideally have a good variety of skills - Must have experience and be able plumb (with solder joints) fit kitchens and bathrooms, carpentry, tile and patch plaster.
• As the Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter you ll need to have experience working with domestic properties

Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter:

• Minimum of either full trade Apprenticeship or NVQ level two or appropriate trade experience within at least 2 different trades
• Minimum 2 years experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms
• Experience working within property maintenance
• Full UK Driving licence
