Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our clients team for an exciting commercial site project in Coventry. If you have a strong background in electrical project management, RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), and commercial refit and refurbishment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence
• Lead and manage the electrical scope of work on a large commercial site
• Develop and review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
• Coordinate with other trades, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and resolve any issues or delays
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate project status regularly
• Manage project financials, including cost tracking and reporting

Essential Qualifications:

• ECS card
• SMSTS
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, ideally in commercial refit and refurbishment
• Strong understanding of RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with managing large-scale commercial projects
• Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications
