About the Role:

· Position: Year 3 Teacher

· Location: Southend

· Start Date: March 2025

· Contract: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire and challenge Year 3 students.

· Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

· Monitor and assess student progress, providing support where needed.

· Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement the curriculum.

· Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians to ensure student development.

· Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.

What We Are Looking For:

· A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

· Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with Year 3 students.

· A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.

· Strong classroom management skills.

· A commitment to helping all children achieve their full potential.

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
