Salary: £120 - £200 per day (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative and dynamic lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Monitor, assess, and provide constructive feedback on student progress, ensuring each child s development is supported.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the learning experience.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with diverse abilities.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a productive learning atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively with fellow staff members to maintain high teaching standards and contribute to school improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience as a Primary Teacher in a primary school setting.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing pupils academic and personal growth.
• Strong classroom management skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Adaptable, proactive, and dedicated to creating a positive learning environment.
