We are seeking a dedicated SEN Support - Post 16 College professional to join our secondary schools in Chelmsford, starting immediately. This rewarding role involves working closely with students aged 16+ who require additional learning support to help them achieve their educational goals.

As an SEN Support - Post 16 College, you will:

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for post-16 students with SEN.
• Assist learners with their academic progress, emotional well-being, and personal development.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN teams to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Implement strategies to manage behavior effectively and promote positive learning experiences.
• Offer guidance to help students develop independence and life skills.

To be successful in this SEN Support - Post 16 College role, you must:

• Have experience working with post-16 learners or in a similar SEN support capacity.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be adaptable, patient, and committed to inclusive education.
• Hold relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable but not essential).
