The school is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. You will be working closely with Foundation stage students to help them thrive in a supportive and engaging environment.

• Provide tailored support to Foundation Stage students, assisting with class activities and encouraging positive engagement.
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher to create a nurturing learning atmosphere.
• Support students individual learning needs and development, ensuring all children feel included and valued.
• Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and organized classroom environment

• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Relevant qualifications in childcare or education.
• A current DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to the needs of the class.
