TeacherActive are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to deliver high-quality education to secondary school students. You will play a key role in preparing students for their upcoming exams, fostering a love for Mathematics, and helping them achieve their full potential.

This amazing secondary school is looking for a Qualified Maths Teacher to join their team and hit the ground running. You will be required to plan, deliver, and assess Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum. Being able to prepare students for GCSE and other relevant examinations throughout the academic year, and working closely with parents, students, and colleagues to ensure that you can maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Everyone employed by a school must have an upgraded DBS on file with the updating service. If you don't, we can help by providing you with a direct application link. An OSPC (Overseas Police Check) is required if you have worked abroad for more than six months in the last five years. All school environments will need to have these as a safeguarding measure.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have a strong academic background in Mathematics or a related field.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to teach Maths effectively to secondary school students.
• Exhibit excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Be committed to continuous professional development and contributing to school life.
• Be enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about making a difference in students lives.
