Special Needs Teaching Assistant

1:1 Learning Support Assistant needed for Primary School.

Are you an experienced LSA looking for a new challenge? Do you want the opportunity to enrich the lives of children with Special Needs?

The school is based local to Wolverhampton and they are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work with lower ability children in the classroom, making learning accessible and engaging.

The school is desperately seeking a positive, enthusiastic LSA, working with students who have autism, ASD, ADHD and display challenging behaviour so exceptional behaviour management skills are a must.

The role will include:

• Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation
• Work with pupil who requires additional support
• Leading group work
• Helping the class teacher with pupil observations
