The Secondary School ensure they deliver high quality learning which is engaging and enjoyable for all of their students through the use of their outstanding facilities. The progress and welfare of each year group is overseen by Heads of Year, assisted by a team of support staff and a team of learning coaches to support all students.

The Secondary School are looking to take on a creative and inspiring Textiles Teacher on a full time, long term basis. The successful candidate will be expected to enrich the learning and development of their KS3 and KS4 students by creating engaging and innovative lesson plans to inspire pupils involvement whilst demonstrating effective teaching practices and strong behaviour management skills.

The successful Textiles Teacher will have:

• QTS with Textiles specialism (Fashion design, textiles, or a related subject)
• Experience teaching Textiles up to Key Stage 4/KS4
• At least 6 months experience teaching in a classroom setting
• Excellent communication skills
