Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Hours: Full-Time

Location: Accrington
Salary: 18 per hour

Your Role:
In this role, you'll:

• Support and guide Key Stage 2 pupils to help them reach their full potential.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons, with the class teacher's support.
• Lead small group interventions and assist with classroom management.

What We're Looking For:
We need someone who:

• Has a Level 4 TA qualification or higher.
• Has experience working with Key Stage 2 children.
• Is a team player, with great communication and organizational skills.
