Complex Needs Support Worker

NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting for an Complex Needs Support Worker who has a passion for working with pupils with complex SEN needs such as autism and ADHD.

The school is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Complex Needs Support Worker with a background or passion in working with students with Special Educational Needs. This is an Inclusive Learning Centre which caters for students across the Primary and Secondary age range.

We are seeking a candidate who has a real passion and drive to support students with additional needs and who is motivated to make a difference.

Successful applications will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role required
• A passion and interest in teaching pupils who live with SEN
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
• Full-time availability
• 2x professional references
• Right to work in the UK
