About Us:
Fantastic Northampton-based Nursery looking for a Childcare Practitioner/ Teaching assistant to join the team who is dedicated to delivering early education tailored to children's needs. We are a team of experienced, committed practitioners who believe the nursery belongs to the children. We support them in respecting and caring for their environment, taking measured risks, and exploring possibilities. Our five aims are for every child to be happy, confident, valued, engaged, and curious. We achieve this through strong relationships, a genuine interest in each child, and an accessible, open environment with high-quality, open-ended resources.

Experience: Previous experience in a nursery setting is highly desirable.

• Knowledge: Basic understanding of child-led learning principles.
• Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Control Over Schedule: Ideal for someone who wants control over their own schedule and enjoys the variety of working in different settings.

• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Qualifications:

• CACHE/NVQ Level 2/3 in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Basic knowledge of child-led learning principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
