Academics is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive 2-form entry school community in Redbridge, London starting in January 2025. The school is committed to ensuring all students receive the support they need to succeed, both academically and socially. To be successful in this role you must:

• Have relevant experience supporting children in preferably within a school setting.
• Be passionate about helping students in Key Stage 1 achieve their full potential and be able to adapt your approach to meet individual learning needs.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both with students and staff, and be able to build strong relationships with children.
• Have a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and be able to assist with the delivery of engaging lessons.
• Be patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting the emotional and social development of children.
