Job Responsibilities:

Teach and engage students in a range of subjects across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5, adapting your approach to meet the needs of different learners.

Develop and deliver creative and effective lesson plans that inspire curiosity and participation.

Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing personalized feedback and support.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the school s curriculum and learning environment.

Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom, ensuring the well-being and development of all students.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)

A degree in a relevant subject or field

Experience preferred with Secondary Schools

Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply

DBS on the Update Service required

Ability to teach multiple subjects with passion and confidence

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
