Daily Supply Teaching Assistant

Start: ASAP

Contract: Part Time

Location: Croydon

Rate: £90 - £100 Per day

Insight Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate supply teaching assistant who is willing to support Primary Schools in Croydon and the surrounding areas. This role offers the flexibility to work in different schools, delivering high-quality teaching and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular class teachers.

Requirements for a Supply Teaching assistant:

• An enhanced up to date DBS
• Experience working with children in a educational setting
• Ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
