Job Description

Position: Maintenance Technician Assistant

Rate of Pay: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Senior Maintenance Technician with the day-to-day maintenance of the facilities.

* Provide support in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance tasks.

* Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems.

* Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Electrical, mechanical, or plumbing qualifications or experience are desirable.

* Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

Additional Information:

* A DBS check is required for this position.
