Job Description

We are working with a leading international media company that requires an experienced PA to support a Deputy Editor. This is a temporary cover, initially for 2 months with a possible extension. Working five days a week in the office from 9.30am 6.00pm. It s a full PA position where you will work closely with the other PAs in the Editorial team. As you d expect it will be fast-paced and you will be the ears and eyes for the Deputy Editor, ensuring the desk runs smoothly.

You ll be involved with:

• Heavy diary and inbox management
• Scheduling meetings and all the associated coordination around this
• Acting as a first point of contact for the Deputy Editor
• Dealing with correspondence
• Running errands including collecting guests from reception
• Assisting with research and archiving
• Travel booking
• Process expenses and invoices for submission to accounts
• Providing all-round admin support and keeping central records up to date.

This position is based within walking distance of London Bridge and Cannon Street stations and you will be required in the office full-time.

The ideal candidate will have solid PA/EA skills, have worked at a senior level and be able to demonstrate transferable skills to the media sector or have worked in this sector previously.

This offers an hourly rate of c£22.50-£27.00 per hour plus holiday pay, depending on experience.
