Urgent Opening: Workshop/Production Manager - Join a World-Leading Tech Company! 🚨

📍 Location: Kings Cross, Central London

💼 Salary: Competitive - Long-Term PAYE Contract

⏰ Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

We're on the hunt for an experienced Workshop/Production Manager to lead a cutting-edge workshop specialising in mechanical equipment and tooling. This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the world's top organisations at the forefront of technology and equipment!

What You'll Be Doing:

Safety First: Ensuring a clean and safe workshop environment, with strict adherence to Health & Safety standards, including PPE and risk assessments.

Training & Leadership: Running training sessions for the team on the proper use of workshop tools, equipment, and 3D printing technology.

Tooling & Maintenance: Organising the layout of tools, managing workshop maintenance, and overseeing the handling of materials.

COSHH Assessments: Conducting and reviewing COSHH assessments to maintain a safe and compliant workspace.

Team Collaboration: Working closely with a dynamic, young team to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.What We Need:

Experience in a production/manufacturing workshop environment (preferably with exposure to tools, machinery, and 3D printing)

Strong communication skills to work effectively with a mixed team

Excellent organisational skills to keep everything running smoothly
