Job Title: IT Support Technician

Location: Sheffield – On site work

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to start a short term contract in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring laptops for new users using Intune and Autopilot on Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Configure and deploy laptops for new users using Intune and Autopilot on Azure.

* Provide 1st line support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

* Ensure all devices are set up according to company policies and security standards.

* Maintain accurate records of IT assets and configurations.

* Collaborate with other IT team members to improve deployment processes and user experience.

* Assist with other IT-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.

* Strong knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, and Azure.

* Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

* Proficiency in configuring and managing devices using Intune and Autopilot.

* Strong understanding of IT security practices.

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills
