Interim Waste Contract Monitoring Officer

Southeast of England - 3 days onsite per week

6 months (Likely Extension)

Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client based in the Southeast of England to facilitate the appointment of a Waste Contract Monitoring Officer on an interim basis for an initial 6 months.

This role will involve overseeing and monitoring the current waste management contracts within the local authority.

Responsibilities of the Role:

Monitoring and evaluating waste management service delivery against contract specifications

Liaising with service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and performance standards are met

Analysing data and preparing reports on contract performance

Implementing corrective actions and improvements as needed

To be successful in the role you will have:

Experience in waste management or environmental services.

Public sector experience desirable.

Strong contract management and monitoring skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills
