Central Edinburgh-based | office-based role | hybrid working available (3 days in office)
Temp role for a minimum of 4 weeks | strong potential for the role to be extended
Full-Time role | 9:00am to 5:00pm | Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

Pay rate up to £13.00 per hour + holiday pay
Search Consultancy are currently working with a well-known business in Central Edinburgh to recruit for an Administrator on a temporary basis for a minimum of 4 weeks, with strong potential for the role to be extended.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Administration support across the business.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Booking travel & accommodation for travelling staff
* Paper & electronic filing of documentation
* Dealing with incoming calls & emails to the team
* Updating of databases & spreadsheets
* Arranging payment of incoming invoices
* Processing & arranging payment of staff expense claims
* Creating & producing reports using the internal system
* Adding, updating & sense checking information being added to the system
* Various other ad hoc Administration duties as directed
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Previous experience in an Administration role - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Solid IT skills including the use of MS Office
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Self-motivated and able to work well within a team
