Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £85 - £95 per day (depending on experience)

We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our schools and support students in their learning.

We are looking for brilliant Learning Support Assistants in Chelmsford with the following:

Experience working with children in a primary school setting (special educational needs experience is a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey
