Private Sector Housing role in Surrey!

For this role, you'll be required to have experience in:

🏡COmpleting HMO inspections and HHSRS calculations

🏡Serving notices and creating court bundles

🏡 A strong understanding of The Housing Act 2004

This is a 6 month role, with a mixture of both home working, and working in the borough area to complete inspections.
