This role is all about creating engaging TikTok content that captivates audiences and drives brand growth. The Role
As the Junior Content Creator, you'll be responsible for producing, editing, and publishing TikTok content that aligns with clients' brand identities. You'll work closely with the creative team to ideate and execute fresh, exciting content that resonates with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative, on-trend TikTok content that aligns with clients' objectives.
• Shoot, edit, and publish TikToks, ensuring high-quality production.
• Monitor TikTok trends and incorporate them into campaigns to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Collaborate with the wider team to brainstorm new ideas and approaches.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments and tracking performance metrics.
• Assist with other social media content creation as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience creating TikTok content, either professionally or through a strong personal presence on the platform.
• A natural flair for storytelling and an eye for visually appealing content.
• Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Deep understanding of TikTok's trends, algorithms, and audience behaviours.
• Enthusiasm for creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
