Academics Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Classroom Assistant to support a vibrant primary school in Cheltenham. In this rewarding role, you will be working closely with students and teachers to create a positive learning environment. As a Classroom Assistant, you will assist with lesson preparation, help students with their learning, and support the teacher in managing classroom activities. We are seeking someone who is patient, approachable, and passionate about helping students succeed in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities as a Classroom Assistant:

• Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons.
• Provide targeted support to students, both individually and in small groups, especially those with special educational needs (SEN).
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere that allows all students to excel.
• Support in maintaining a well-organised and safe classroom environment.
