Job Title: Interim Global HR Specialist - Benefits
Location: Surrey - Plus Hybrid Working
Contract Details: Interim initially 6 months - potentially Permanent
Salary: Daily rate of £525

Oversee the end-to-end employee life cycle services across 50+ countries.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in benefits, reward, and global mobility.
Provide high-quality, consistent advice to managers and employees.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage change impacts.
Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends.
Report on project progress and outcomes to team leads.
Utilise analytical skills for problem-solving and ensuring quality service delivery.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
6-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on benefits and global mobility.
Expertise in US benefits, with a preference for candidates who have experience outside the UK.
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in HR tools and technologies (e.g., Service Now, Assignment Pro).
Ability to adapt to changing environments and project scopes.Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Experience implementing Assignment Pro for global mobility.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Familiarity with Service Now platform and its applications.Technologies:
