Purchase Ledger Clerk

Are you a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a temporary opportunity to make an impact? We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist in clearing a backlog of invoices at our Gloucester office.

Location: Gloucester
Start Date: Next week
Parking: Onsite parking available
Payrate: £13.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

Processing invoices and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Contacting internal depots to retrieve and match required paperwork.
Providing efficient support in resolving queries and clearing backlogs.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar role.
Comfortable with making calls to internal teams and ensuring timely paperwork management.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
