Are you a passionate and dedicated EYFS Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification in EYFS? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a welcoming and nurturing village school in Banbury.

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Practitioner to support and inspire young learners in their crucial early years. You will work as part of a dedicated team, fostering a love of learning and providing a strong foundation for the children's future education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care and education to children in the EYFS phase.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records in line with EYFS guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of creative and fun learning experiences tailored to the needs of each child.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in EYFS or equivalent essential.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them thrive.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in an EYFS setting is desirable but not essential.
