Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Skilled Highways Operatives to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. These positions are available at multiple depots across the Gloucestershire region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general highways maintenance and repairs, including roadworks, repairs, and resurfacing.
• Operate a range of plant and machinery, as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Work as part of a dedicated team to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in highways or road maintenance.
• Full valid driving licence (essential).
• Full HGV licence (essential).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must successfully complete a Drug and Alcohol (D&A) test prior to start.

Rate of Pay:
The advertised rate is a PAYE rate and is non-negotiable.
