Ridgeway and Co are partnering with a leading Carpentry subcontractor to find an experienced Site Manager for a project located in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be paid up to £280 per day.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget
• Attend and lead meetings with specialist subcontractors
• Report progress to senior management
Requirements:
• At least 5 years' experience managing Groundworks projects
• Strong communication skills
• Hands-on approach to project management
• Excellent organisational and team management abilities
• Proficiency in computer skills
